Activities and early career support provided for young marine professionals and students includes knowledge share and networking events, IPD and CPD Professional Development workshops, graduate mentor schemes, scholarships and awards. More

Do you want to develop your career and gain Professional Recognition as a Marine Engineer or Technologist?

The IMarEST & RINA Joint Branch Young Members’ Network would like to invite you to a professional development workshop for students, graduates, postgraduates and professionals to discover how the Young Members’ Network with Membership, and/or Chartered Registration can facilitate in achieving career goals whatever stage you have reached.

The workshop highlights the value of developing professional skills, keeping up and advancing knowledge, understanding and competence throughout your working life. This is a great opportunity to meet and hear from recently Chartered Engineers who will talk about their experiences, explain the importance of and how to apply for Registration and give you vital preparation tips. This workshop offers professional support and guidance, as well as being a great networking opportunity.

During Oceanology International 2008 the IMarEST organised a professional development workshop for students, graduates and postgraduates to discover how the Young Members’ Network with IMarEST Membership, and/or Chartered Registration can facilitate in achieving career goals whatever stage you have reached.

The workshop highlighted the value of developing professional skills, keeping up and advancing knowledge, understanding and competence throughout your working life.
